I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes from Disney. At Planet Hollywood, they have something called Texas Tostadas. They’re INCREDIBLE. I had to know how to make them at home, so I asked around and found the recipe. I love that Disney will share their recipes! So here is what you will need:

8 large nacho chips (or more, depending on how many you are serving, this recipe serves up to 4)
mixed shredded cheeses
1 pound boneless chicken breast meat
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon fajita marinade
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup diced yellow onions

To make chicken mix:
Let your chicken marinade in the fajita marinade overnight, then grill until cooked through. Cut up into 1/4 inch cubes, or shred if preferred. Can’t go wrong, Make it however you like. Then take the onions and saute them in the oil until translucent. Mix chicken with your barbecue sauce and onions, then refrigerate until it cools down.

To make your tostadas: Heat up your oven to 375 degrees. Place your chips on a baking sheet, then microwave your chicken mix until warm. Place chicken on the chips, and sprinkle with cheese. You can add more sauce if you need to. Bake the tostadas 6-8 minutes, then serve on a platter with sour cream, or pico de gallo, or whatever you like.

That’s all there is to it! Easy, right? I love this recipe, these tostadas are so yummy! I hope you enjoy!
